- Prophet Ezekiel Oladoye Babalola
Prophet Ezekiel Oladoye Babalola, popularly referred to as Baba Agric was born in Kuta, Osun Province, in 1924. He met Jesus at CAC and in the church was committed to evangelism.
He had an experience after his call where Apostle Ayo Babalola, who had appeared to him and asked him what he wanted. He asked to be a real ambassador of the cross, laid upon him in the revelation, and Ayo Babalola, and he woke up. Having sensed God’s call in his life, he submitted himself as a vessel and the available records reveal great testimonies of miraculous feat, miracles, and healing never is seen before.
In the late ’80s, as he was ministering, he was invited to a CAC church in Mushin at Lagos; a man known to be a dwarf was in the meeting. God’s man asked God’s people to ask what they wanted, the dwarf replied that he wanted to be tall because the reproach was too much.
This was revealed to him, then he ordered the man to be tall, and immediately he began to grow tall until God’s man stopped the process. In another event, he asks the audience to recite the Lord’s Prayer as he scales the pulpit, and the goiter has been removed from a woman’s neck and there has been major healing and deliverance.
He was also reputed to have farms in Osogbo where crops mature unusually well before their normal known period of development, and farmers frequently thronged his farm to investigate the odd phenomenon.
One of the most remarkable miracles that God performed through him was in the 1980s; Lukman, a boy, who had no mouth opening, was brought to him. His mouth had previously been operated on several to create an opening, but it sealed up again each time it was finished.
The prophet Babalola prayed and anointed the mouth with oil, and permanently opened the mouth. That has defied the interpretation of science or biology.
Translocation is just another great wonders of God in creation. One day, his car overturned, and he ordered his driver to work on it and meet him at the front. He repaired the vehicle less than 10 minutes to his surprise when he saw the prophet trekking to the program location, the more pace he saw Babalola trekking before him. Finally, the driver gave up so as not to crash the car
The Evangelist Babalola died at the age of 79 on 27 October 2003.
- Apostle Ayo Babalola and Apostle Emmanuel Omotunde
Apostle Ayo Babalola is one of the most unholy vessels God has ever created. Many believe that Babalola’s spiritual power placed him on an equal footing with Biblical apostles like Peter, Paul, and others sent out with authority and in Jesus ‘ name. While Apostle Emmanuel Omotunde, popularly known as Ajaye ‘s prophet, is a carrier of unusual power who later left CAC in 1939 to found the African Apostolic Church.
He has been so anointed, that Apostle Babalola has attested to having a more unique anointing.
- Apostle Emmanuel Omotunde
These men’s exploits are in many literature and magazines, but for this post, I will concentrate on an incident that occurred in Ajaye in 1952, very close to Aramako Ekiti in Ekiti State today. On that faithful day, the Spirit of God fell mightily on a prophet also known as Atayero, called Obisesan.
He started to prophesy and do odd things and he ordered Babalola and Omotunde to be brought together before him under the power of prophetic unction. When they had arrived, Obisesan fell under a higher wave of divine force and started to levitate, his feet leaving the earth entirely.
He ordered God’s two great men to step into a specific rock at Ajaye and the two immediately proceeded to the peak. To everyone’s surprise, including Babalola and Omotunde, they found that Obisesan had arrived there ahead of them when they got to the rock.
Immediately something terrible happened; the sky unexpectedly fell too close to Ajaye as if it were going to crash. Under the prophetic unction, Obisesan ordered the sun to withdraw from Ajaye and in broad daylight, the clouds became very heavy as if there were about to be rainfall thus forming the image of darkness. All these were to show the two great preachers, Babalola and Omotunde, that Obisesan was not on his own but commissioned to give a message to them, while he was junior to them.
Then Obisesan opened his mouth, and started to pronounce God’s counsel. The Lord told them both that the ministry they were operating should be a joint ministry.
The Lord then ordered them to work together as He had ordained, for neither of them could be accomplished without the other, in order for each of them to obtain a good reward for their labour. As these words came under prophetic unction from Obisesan ‘s lips, Babalola and Omotunde started to levitate, and their feet were floating in the air.
People present had to cling to them to keep them from rising and great fear fell upon all.
It had been a message from the Lord. Not that He was able to throw them down. However, through Obisesan the Lord made it clear to the two great men of God that if they fail to heed the message, then in seven years he will take them away from the earth. Despite this remarkable occurrence, it was unfortunate that even though they made up and reconciled each other, Babalola and Omotunde could not have come together or worked together.
Consequently, Babalola was called home in July 1959, just seven years after the letter; just as the letter had said it would be.
In February 1960, seven months later, Omotunde had to depart too. When omotunde was about to leave earth it was announced.
He came with his men from a trip and suddenly he stopped and said, “I hear Babalola accusing me of something I haven’t done in heaven right now. “he said, wait! I ‘m coming here. He left their midst; gently rest on the earth, and died.
- Rev. Samuel Akinbode Sadela
In 1900 the Rev. Samuel Akinbode Sadela was born. It is said that the angels of Heaven, who also gave him a fruit from the tree of life to chew, taught Akinbode, a toddler, how to read the Holy Bible in 1902, which he did.
He was also unable to read any book other than the Bible. He married his first wife, at the age of 34.
The marriage lasted twenty-one years as all seven children from that union died in infancy. He met with his counselor, Apostle Ayo Babalola when the seventh child was sick and it was discovered through prayers that his wife was killing her children using witchcraft.
She later ran away and confessed by witchcraft to killing her son, she died after confession
Samuel Sadela studied law by correspondence with University College London and was scheduled for a nine-month law course training to be called to the bar in London.
Apostle Joseph Ayodele Babalola, however, advised him not to go to London, as he was supposed to become a preacher of the gospel. Sadela had previously met Moses Orimolade Tunolase, founder of the Church of the Cherubim and Seraphim, who told him the same thing.
He began his career with The Apostolic Church (TAC) but later he pitched his tent with the Apostolic Church of Christ (CAC).
He had met Babalola in Oke-Oye, Ilesa, in 1931. Later Babalola became its leader and mentor. From 1932 to 1937 he worked faithfully with the Christ Apostolic Church as a part-time priest, helping to plant many of the church’s branches. Sadela was enthusiastic about ministry and it was recorded that he was on a missionary trip, trekking a distance of 180 km (112 miles).
He was also reputed to have traveled by bicycle for missionary journeys the length and breadth of South-West Nigeria. He was invited to Nigeria in December 1954 by Rev. Harold Curtis of the Foursquare Gospel Church in the United States of America.
The establishment of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria was largely responsible for this singular act.
In 1959, however, only two weeks before the death of Apostle Babalola, he told Sadela that his ministry was not in CAC, and instructed him to create a church with the word Apostolic in the middle of his name.
Then Babalola raised his right leg and ordered Papa Sadela to pass under her for impartation. As he went between his thighs, he saw heaven opening and a dove falling upon him. He was baptized with strength, and never had the same life.
Following this order, Sadela eventually founded his own organization, the Gospel Apostolic Church (GAC), which he spent decades pasturing.
The ministry of Pa Sadela had been attended with signs and wonders. He was said to have cured many people of all kinds of diseases, raised the dead and cured those who were insane, weak, blind and sick
It was also said that his revival crew once had a terrible accident on their way to a revival in Ondo State and the vehicle’s occupants died as a result of the fact that the witches and wizards did not want them to come to the revival stage. Upon getting to the sight of the crash, it was recorded that he was only beginning to thank and worship God, and he began touching them, calling them by their names, before they all came to life again. The said revival started from that spot and many witches and wizards are delivered by the Lord.
At 4:30 am on August 24, 2014, Papa Sadela had taken his bath and got dressed. Then he said he wished to relax. He laid his head upon and moved on to one of the church leaders. He was the world’s oldest evangelizing preachers when he died on that faithful day.
Papa Sadela lived with a young man’s power for 114years, his sight was intact and he still could read like a young man. At that old age, he was still able to preach standing for over 1 hour.
- Apostle Samuel Aigbe Omojuwa
Apostle Samuel Aigbe Omojuwa, ORE JESU, was born in Akure, Nigeria, ondo province, in 1907.
In 1937 Papa Omojuwa became a member of Christ Apostolic Church (C.A.C) and in 1940 was ordained catechist.
Prophet Omojuwa was an incarnation of the faith who presided over C A C Oke Alaafia, Oke Aro Akure and it was claimed that an angel gave him half of the water bottle drunk by Apostle Ayo Babalola.
The man affectionately called Jesus’ friend had an outstanding ministry, and his relationship with Jesus was so strong, that without guidance from above he would not utter a thing. Omojuwa will call Jesus to speak, and it has been confirmed that those around him who pray receive immediate answers.
His first miracle of ministry of 1940 by God’s intervention was the recovery of a man who had been unable to defecate for seven days. He was cured and defecated as planned as dad prayed for him.
This great man of God performed many other miracles. One of them was an incident during a revival when he placed a pillar in a church and there was a visible sight of electrical current flashing on concrete poles.
Prophet Omojuwa was so anointed that no woman would ever come to him unless on schedule for them at the time; any woman under menopause who approaches him would cease to be a woman.
In Nigeria, Christianity has witnessed the advent of God’s generals who were super-recognized for ministry involving awestrucking signs and wonders. These prophets do mind-blowing miracles daily that defy scientific explanation and countless multitudes have benefited from their healing and deliverance. Here are the prophets:
A woman visited him in his therapy room, and she glared at the man of God’s stomach.
The woman said at one point, “Baba, how do you incubate your whole organ with fire, you can’t even eat any of it.
The man of God remained silent, the woman began to confess she was sent to eat his organs while she was pretending to come for counsel.
On 10 August 1999 Omojuwa passed on to Glory at the age of 99.
